Screenprinting is what you want when embroidery is the wrong tool: a PT shirt, an academy run, a shift's worth of event tees. Ink lies flat, costs less per piece at volume, and doesn't add weight to a garment somebody has to run in.
Because the press is in the same building as the embroidery machines, one order can carry both: printed PT shirts and stitched duty shirts, one delivery, one invoice.

Running a department program?
Decoration is part of the order, not a separate errand: your department sets what may be added, and an officer picks it as they order. Nothing leaves the building to get finished.
