On Duty Uniforms is a uniform supplier in Hopewell Junction, New York. We fit, decorate, and supply the people who work shifts the rest of us don’t see.
Who we outfit
Six kinds of shift
Police, fire, EMS, corrections, dispatch, and medical crews all buy uniforms differently — Class A versus station wear, waist and inseam instead of S/M/L, hi-vis rules, patch placement your agency specifies down to the inch. We built the store around how those buyers actually shop.
The work happens here
Embroidery, patch sewing, and alterations are done in our own shop — not sent out and back. That’s the difference between a decorated duty shirt in three or four days and one in three or four weeks. It also means when a recruit class needs forty shirts named and patched, we can actually say yes.
Come in and get measured
A uniform that fits is a uniform someone will actually wear for a twelve-hour shift. Our showroom does fittings by appointment: neck, sleeve, waist, inseam, boot size. We keep those measurements so the next reorder takes a minute instead of a trip. Visit the showroom →
Departments, not just individuals
Chiefs and quartermasters have a different problem than officers do: approved catalogs, allowances, who signs off, POs, and knowing where the money went. That’s what our department portal handles. See Department Programs →
