By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy.
Do not use the website if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through the website.
You agree to use the website and products only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to:
Violate any federal, state, or local law
Impersonate another person, department, agency, or organization
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Interfere with website security or operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or network
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization
Purchase, possess, display, or use a restricted product unlawfully
We may refuse service, restrict access, cancel an order, or close an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that a transaction may be fraudulent or unlawful.
2. Product Information
We attempt to describe and display products accurately. However:
Product colors may vary by screen or device
Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, materials, or design
Images may show optional accessories or decoration not included with the product
Measurements and sizing information are approximate
Product availability may change without notice
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, color selections, quantities, customization instructions, and compatibility before submitting an order.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase and does not constitute our acceptance.
We may review, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud
Payment authorization issues
Shipping restrictions
Legal or regulatory requirements
Department-program restrictions
Inability to verify customer or order information
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing or fulfilling it.
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, customization fees, alteration fees, and other charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the work is authorized.
You represent that:
The payment information you provide is accurate
You are authorized to use the payment method
Sufficient funds or credit are available
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge all amounts associated with the order
5. Pricing and Website Errors
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect promotions, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes at any time.
When an error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions, offer the correct terms, or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.
We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price.
6. Product Availability and Backorders
Items shown as available may become unavailable before an order is fulfilled.
Some products may be sourced from manufacturers or distributors after an order is placed. Estimated availability and shipping dates are not guarantees.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally permitted timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and provide available options, which may include consenting to the delay, substituting an item with your approval, or canceling the affected item for a refund.
7. Alterations, Decoration, and Customized Products
Altered, decorated, or customized products include, without limitation:
Hemmed garments
Garments that have been taken in, let out, tapered, shortened, lengthened, or otherwise modified
Embroidered products
Screen-printed products

Engraved or personalized products
Products with names, titles, badge numbers, department identifiers, logos, insignia, patches, emblems, or custom lettering
Products manufactured or modified according to customer instructions
You are responsible for confirming all sizes, colors, quantities, spellings, artwork, logos, placement instructions, and alteration measurements before approving an order.
Once alteration, decoration, customization, or production has begun, the order generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Except where required by law or where the product is defective due to our error, altered, decorated, or customized merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
8. Artwork, Logos, and Customer-Submitted Materials
When you provide artwork, a logo, trademark, badge, seal, insignia, emblem, name, or other material, you represent and warrant that:
You own the material or have permission to use it
Our reproduction of the material will not violate another party’s rights
You have any required authorization from the applicable department, agency, employer, organization, or trademark owner
The requested use is lawful
You grant us a limited license to reproduce, modify, format, and use submitted materials as necessary to quote, produce, and fulfill the order.
We may reject any artwork or customization request that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, offensive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with our business policies.
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from materials or instructions you provide, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
9. Department and Agency Products
Certain uniforms, badges, patches, emblems, insignia, identification products, or restricted equipment may require proof of employment, agency authorization, approval from a department administrator, or other documentation.
We may contact a department, employer, agency, or authorized administrator to verify eligibility or obtain approval.
Submitting an order does not guarantee approval. We may refuse or cancel an order when authorization cannot be verified.
Customers may not purchase, display, or use uniform items, insignia, or identification products for impersonation, misrepresentation, or any unlawful purpose.
10. Department Ordering Portals
Certain customers may receive access to department-specific ordering portals, allowances, products, pricing, or approval workflows.

22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
