Shoulder patches, chevrons, and flag patches sewn on straight, both sides, every time.

A patch sewn a half-inch low on one sleeve is the kind of thing nobody mentions and everybody sees. Ours go on to the department's spec — same height, same distance from the seam, both sides.
Bring your own patches or we'll make them. Either way the sewing happens here.

Running a department program?
Decoration is part of the order, not a separate errand: your department sets what may be added, and an officer picks it as they order. Nothing leaves the building to get finished.
