Embroidery is the difference between a shirt and a uniform, and it's the step many shops send out. We don't. The machines are in Hopewell Junction, so we control the quality and the schedule, and a decorated in-stock order is usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks.
For a department we digitize the logo once and keep the file. Every order after that is the same stitch in the same place, with no drift between this year's class and last year's.

Running a department program?
Decoration is part of the order, not a separate errand: your department sets what may be added, and an officer picks it as they order. Nothing leaves the building to get finished.
