Rothco’s Fast Action MOLLE Medical Pouch is a necessity for field medics and first responders with over 15 storage compartments for holding life-saving gear.

The outside front of the medical pouch features a MOLLE compatible loop field for additional attachments. The MOLLE pouch features a dual zipper closure for easy access to all of your gear. The MOLLE attachment is perfect for mounting on tactical vests, assault packs, and drop leg panels.
